Business Licenses
Current business licenses include: ISO 27001:2013 accredited (certificate number 199244) and can provide evidence of certification (currently valid until October 2021). Data Processor for the Healthcare providers it works with and follows all applicable DPA regulations. We are currently preparing for the May 2018 General Data Protection Regulations and our service will be fully compliant with all new European regulations. We maintain an ISO Business Management System with monthly internal audits of key systems. All electronic data is stored and transferred securely with appropriate encryption. Our servers are all based in the UK.
We have a dedicated Data Protection Officer who is responsible for maintaining the company’s legal compliance to all applicable regulation e.g.: Computer Misuse Act 1990, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010, Freedom of Information Act 2000, General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Human Rights Act 1998, Limitation Act 1980 and the Malicious Communications Act 1988. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (reference Z1387794).
